Last Updated: March 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Revere Technologies, PBC (“Revere,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) with respect to your access to and use of our websites (including www.userevere.com) and the Revere Platform (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Revere Platform Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways when you interact with our Services.

1.1 Information You Provide

Account Information. When you create an account or subscribe to the Revere Platform, we collect information such as your name, email address, organization name, job title, and payment information (processed through our third-party payment processor, currently Stripe).

Customer Data. You may provide, upload, or otherwise make available electronic data, information, or materials to Revere in connection with your use of the Services (“Customer Data”). Customer Data is governed by the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

Correspondence. When you communicate with us—for example, by email, through the Services, or via social media—we may collect your name, contact details, and the content of your messages.

Support Data. When you contact us for customer support, feedback, or general inquiries, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data. We automatically collect data and other information relating to the access, use, and performance of the Services (“Usage Data”), including technical logs, metadata, telemetry data, and usage patterns such as features accessed, frequency of use, and session duration. Usage Data does not include Customer Data itself.

Device and Browser Information. We may collect information about the device and browser you use to access the Services, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and language preferences.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. We may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Services. For more information, see Section 7 below.

1.3 Public Information

In connection with providing the Services, Revere ingests and processes information that is publicly available (“Public Information”), including government, regulatory, legislative, judicial, and corporate records. Public Information is not Customer Data and is not personal information about you. It is used by the Revere Platform to generate Output such as relevance assessments, entity relationships, policy analysis, and briefings.

1.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, including identity verification services, business data providers, and publicly available sources, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may combine this information with information we collect through the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

3. Artificial Intelligence and Customer Data

The Revere Platform uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to provide features such as relevance scoring, entity extraction, briefing generation, and policy analysis. These features process Customer Data and Public Information to generate Output.

No Training on Customer Data. Unless you provide express written permission, Revere will not use your Customer Data to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models. This commitment is also set forth in the Revere AI Terms.

Usage Data. Revere may use Usage Data in de-identified and aggregated form to maintain, improve, and enhance the Services, including AI features, as described in Section 2.5 of the Terms of Service.

Data Storage and Encryption. Customer Data is stored in secure databases and encrypted at rest. See Section 6 for further details on our security practices.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4.1 Associated Companies

We may share your information with our affiliates and entities under common ownership or control (“Associated Companies”). These entities will use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4.2 Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing (currently Stripe), cloud hosting, data analytics, customer support, and email delivery. These service providers have access to your information only to perform their functions and are obligated to protect your information in accordance with applicable law and our contractual requirements.

4.3 Authorized Users Within Your Organization

If you access the Services through an organizational account, certain information about your activity on the Revere Platform may be visible to other Authorized Users affiliated with your organization, as described in the Terms of Service.

4.4 Legal Requirements and Protection

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of Revere, our users, or the public; or (d) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.

4.5 Business Transfers

In connection with, or during negotiations of, a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.

4.6 With Your Consent

We may share your information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You may have certain rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, depending on your location and applicable law.

5.1 General Rights

Account Settings. You may update your account information at any time through the Revere Platform’s account settings.

Communications Preferences. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you transactional or administrative messages related to your use of the Services.

5.2 Additional Rights for California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), may provide you with additional rights regarding your personal information. This section applies to the extent that the CCPA applies to your personal information.

Categories of Personal Information Collected. In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, and IP address); commercial information (such as Subscription and billing records); internet or electronic network activity information (such as Usage Data and browsing history on the Services); professional or employment-related information (such as job title and organization); and inferences drawn from the above.

Right to Know. You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which the information was collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share the information.

Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.

No Sale or Sharing. Revere does not sell your personal information and does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

Non-Discrimination. Revere will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at admin@userevere.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

6. Data Security

We implement a variety of measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, and data breaches. These measures may include physical security controls, encryption (including encryption at rest for Customer Data), network monitoring, and access controls.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and administer the Services, analyze usage, and improve your experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize you and remember your preferences. If and when we deploy cookies or similar tracking technologies, we will update this section to provide additional detail on the types of cookies used and your options for managing them.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. Because there is no accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, the Services do not currently respond to DNT signals.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to meet our operational needs, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Personal information may be retained for legitimate business purposes, including legal compliance, dispute resolution, and record-keeping.

Upon determining that personal information is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, we will either erase or anonymize it. For Customer Data, upon termination of the Terms of Service, Revere will make Customer Data available for electronic retrieval for a period of 30 days, after which Revere may delete stored Customer Data, as set forth in the Terms of Service.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a minor has provided personal information to Revere through the Services, please contact us at admin@userevere.com, and we will promptly take steps to remove any such information from our systems.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice (by email or through the Revere Platform) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the Services.
